Need Some Research Ideas?

Today I thought that I would pass this training video along. The video was created by Carol LeMon for the BYU Family History Library missionaries. This video is being posted with her permission. Sometimes we think that everything that we would ever want in family history has been digitized, when in reality, that is not the case. This video gives us a tour of some of the resources found at the BYU Family History Library that ARE NOT digitized. For those of you who live elsewhere, you will find that many of the resources can be found in larger public libraries or in family history centers around the world. For example, P. William Filby's Immigration and Passenger Index Lists can be found in major libraries. Newspapers and books about different locations are also found at major libraries. Enjoy this video! I hope that it sparks a new idea for you!
